RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY STATEMENT

Further to a cautionary published on 26 June 2013, shareholders are advised that the Directors of your
Company are contemplating a series of transactions to enhance shareholder value.

The Directors therefore advise Shareholders to exercise caution in the trading of their shares and should
consult their professional advisers before dealing in their shares until such time as the results of the
transactions are known.
