Japan tells Zim to fix forex crisis
Published: 07 June 2018
ZIMBABWE has been urged to tackle its foreign currency crisis and take more actions to improve the business environment to instill confidence in foreign investors.

Japan's ambassador to Zimbabwe, Toshiyuki Iwado, told The Financial Gazette after handing over two classroom blocks, two teachers' houses and furniture at Chemhondoro Secondary School to the Shamva community that his country was keen to expand business ties with Zimbabwe.

He said government's catchphrase that Zimbabwe is open for business was not enough on its own and needed to be backed up by appropriate action.
