Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited has acknowledged customer complaints regarding its Yummy yoghurt, following reports that the product is spoiling prematurely.
In a public notice, the company said its Quality Assurance team is urgently investigating the matter, which has negatively affected the product experience for some consumers.
"Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited acknowledges customer complaints on Yummy yoghurt. Our Quality Assurance team has confirmed receipt of complaints of Yummy yoghurt product spoiling prematurely, resulting in an unacceptable product experience," the notice read.
The company apologised for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to its loyal customers, emphasising the importance of maintaining trust in the Dairibord brand.
Customers in possession of the affected product are advised to return it to the nearest Dairibord Sales Shop for a replacement.
