Innscor changes share transfer secretaries
Published: 05 March 2014
ZSE-listed Innscor Africa Limited has transferred its share transfer secretarial services to Corpserve Registrars Limited.

The change is with effect from March 1 2014. A share transfer secretary is responsible for maintaining the register of a company's shareholders. This records the names and addresses of all ordinary shareholders and the number of shares that each shareholder owns.

In a statement today, the conglomerate, which has been performing the services for itself, urged shareholders to approach Corpserve for any information relating to their share of stock in the company.

"Innscor shareholders who want information about their shareholding, dividend payments and other share administrative matters should direct their enquiries to Corpserve Registrars Ltd," reads part of the notice to shareholders.

A similar notice was also issued for Padenga Holdings' shareholders, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Innscor.
