The local bourse's market capitalization closed at $8.64 billion; with foreign buys standing at $217,417 as sales closed at $235,950.

There was low activity on the market with only three counters trading and 12 trades coming through. Turnover also declined to $550,535.

The All Share index opened the week on a high note adding 0.11 points (0.12%) in thin trading. AXIA (AXIA.zw) rose by $0.0200 to close at $0.2300 while SEEDCO (SEED.zw) traded unchanged at $1.9500.

OLD MUTUAL (OML.zw) was the only counter in the negative territory losing $0.0067 to settle at $5.6519.
