POTRAZ was lauded for driving digital inclusion initiatives, supporting e-learning programmes, providing ICT training for persons with disabilities, and contributing to the implementation of Zimbabwe's National Artificial Intelligence Strategy.

Minister Mavetera urged the POTRAZ Board and Management to maintain unity, transparency, and a citizen-centered approach in their operations, emphasizing the need for fair tariffs, robust consumer protection, and sustained progress toward achieving Vision 2030.
