CARA Black and her partner are out of the Wimbledon mixed doubles after losing 6-3, 2-6, 3-6 to the Canadian-French partnership of Daniel Nester and Kristina Mladenovic on Wednesday.

After a promising start where the first set was taken by the Zimbabwe - Pakistani pairing with relative ease ending 6-3 and with Aisam Qureshi hitting an impressive three ace serves, the game seemed to fall apart as the next two sets were snatched up by the opposition in quick succession, 3-6 and 2-6.

Though the Zimbabwe-Pakistan pairing was beaten, match statistics show the pair did not make many mistakes in the game with only four double faults to the opposition's two and five unforced errors to seven made by the Canadian- French pair.
