American civil rights leader Jesse Jackson says it's time for South Africa to wipe out economic inequality.
Jackson says the lives of millions of South Africans who still live in poverty need to be uplifted. He says we owe this to the legacy of Nelson Mandela.

Jackson was speaking in Johannesburg.
