VACANCY

POSITION: Branch Sales Manager
JOB PURPOSE: Sell products by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff  
LOCATION: Bulawayo
COUNTRY: Zimbabwe
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing - Steel wire and steel wire ropes

Key Performance Areas include but not limited to;

a) Implementing Branch sales programmes by developing field sales action plans Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

Maintaining and increasing Branch market share

Maintaining Branch sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning and appraising job results

B) Preferred Credentials:

1.    Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in Marketing or relevant technical qualification
2.    Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
3.    Excellent oral and written communication skills and working knowledge  of Microsoft Office Suite
4.    Must be tenacious with high levels of energy
5.    A valid and clean driver's licence
