Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancy that has arisen within ZETDC at the National Training Centre.

HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATOR (Fixed Term Contract)
Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Marketing of conferencing meals and accommodation facilities at the Centre.
- Client Relationship management.
- Co-ordinating Corporate and private functions
- Managing accommodation facilities, seminar rooms, kitchen, restaurant and bar.
- Implementing competitive pricing structures in line with prevailing market rates.
- Developing and enforcing cost control measures in the hospitality section.
- Implementing service quality control measures so as to attain 3 star status or better.
- Supervision of staff in line with set performance standards.
- Production of performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification,
- Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5 years relevant experience at senior level for degree holders and 7 years for HND holders.
