Rapper Holy Ten launched a blistering tirade on Instagram Live on Sunday, accusing President Emmerson Mnangagwa's twin sons of unleashing soldiers on his home and repossessing gifts previously given to him – including a house.
Holy Ten, born Mukudzei Chitsama, rose to political prominence last year after openly endorsing Zanu-PF during the disputed 2023 elections. In return, he was reportedly showered with gifts by the ruling party's inner circle. But in a dramatic U-turn, the 26-year-old now claims those benefits are being clawed back.
In his emotional livestream, Holy Ten alleged that Sean Mnangagwa, a major in the Zimbabwe National Army, sent troops to his house before instructing his wife, Kimberly Richards, to leave the property.
"Sean, what you did at my house, I'm coming to your house. Make sure you kill me. I'm not afraid of Zanu-PF, all of you. Stop what you are doing," he fumed.
He insisted that while he still respected President Mnangagwa, his sons Sean and Collins were abusing their father's authority.
"I joined Zanu-PF because I was trying to clean its reputation. What you did, boys, I can finish all of you off. I can end the Zanu-PF today. I'm bigger than the Zanu-PF," he said.
Taking direct aim at Collins, he added: "Collins thinks he is loved by the people. Let him start a live right now, let's see how many people join. Do not mess with me."
The Pressure hitmaker also hinted at confronting the Mnangagwa brothers in person, warning: "I know where Collins lives, don't worry. We are fixing the country, they shouldn't mess with me."
The outburst, which came without clear explanation of what triggered the fallout, sparked a frenzy online. Some users mocked Holy Ten's sudden change of tone, while others voiced concern for his safety given his attacks on the ruling elite.
Hours later, Holy Ten deactivated his Instagram account before reinstating it with an apparent climbdown, posting: "Apologies to my brothers Sean and Collins."
The Mnangagwa family has not responded publicly to the allegations.
