Up until now , we had given the putsch the benefit of the doubt . We did so in the genuine , perhaps naive view that the country could actually move foward. We craved for change , peace & stability in our country . How wrong we were.

The elephant in the room at State House in Zimbabwe is that, thanks to Chiwenga's coup d'etat, Zanu PF has gone with President Mugabe. Yes, Zanu PF is dead. The de facto ruling party is now ZDF. While Mnangagwa is de jure head of state, the de facto President is General Chiwenga!

Allow me to start by applauding all the new ministers, I do pray that they will work progressively for Zimbabwe.

Where I am certain that we are home and dry, is in the Ministry of Lands and Agriculture. The Air Marshall is a competent farmer, a discipline man and he is practical
Welcome the new cabinet of Zimbabwe! If it's true I'm disappointed it's still dominated by the old guard, tested & failed. I'm impressed with the appointment of Christopher Mutsvangwa as the minister of Information & Media. Mr President we needed more young people in your cabinet pic.twitter.com/Gi6KTFSIcT
