Mystery surrounds Telecel Zimbabwe's indigenisation proposals amid indications that government is not satisfied with the company's plans submitted more than 2 weeks ago.

Government had given Telecel a 14-day ultimatum to comply with the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Act but that demand has since expired.

Fingaz says highly placed sources said Telecel's indigenisation plans were not accepted by government.
