Mines and Mining Development Minister Winston Chitando together with the ZMDC board is today appearing before the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Mines and Energy hearing into the Kamativi deal with a Chinese investor.

The deal is under scrutiny as the investor has shown that he lacks capacity to pour $100 million into the deal following which a business plan was to be done.
