FBC Building Society has since the beginning of this year constructed and sold a total of 68 properties, group CE John Mushayavanhu told the AGM this afternoon.
 
The Building Society will be commencing construction of properties along Masotsha Ndlovu in Waterfalls and 200 houses in Mbizo, Kwekwe before the end of year.

Mushayavanhu added that FBC is continuing with the property construction programme and is currently constructing "10 upmarket garden flats in Greendale" as well as houses in Glaudina.

Muyashayavanhu said the transaction to sell part of FBC Holdings to private equity firm Equator Investments will be completed in a day or two after the funds were wired in yesterday.
