The shareholders of ABCH are advised that notwithstanding a huge impairment in respect of the contingent liability that was disclosed in the 2012 annual report, the group expects to release results for the period ended 30 June 2013 on or about 13 August 2013, which will be significantly higher than what was reported for the period ended 30 June 2012.

Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when trading in the company's securities.
