The $400 million NRZ deal is set to be concluded before the end of the year paving way for the revival of the strategic firm.

NRZ recently sealed the $400 million funding deal with a consortium led by Diaspora Infrastructure Development Group and South Africa's Transnet.

Outgoing Transport and Infrastructure Development Minister Joram Gumbo said change was imminent at the country's railway company.
